Useful yet Unreliable Data Loss

Ive used this for 2 years plus now. Because I just need functionality. Having the upcoming schedule for my bus stops, getting to and from NEW YORK is crucial.

But the app has always been glitchy. I used to chalk it up to bad luck and getting a new iPhone and the restore somehow not having the restore data. What happens is the saved favorite stops and routs that you need to depend on disappear. As if the app was brand new. You then have to complexity reconfigure it, adding stops, GPSing, etc. Well not too convenient when in your NY Port Authority with very weak signal and you get nothing.

So why the one star? Because now, twice in 2 months, with my same phone and just randomly out of nowhere, the data is gone. All my hard work in configuring my bus routes and time home and to work, with 6 different buses gone. Not something to rely o. When its Saturday morning and I have to getting store and help my people and customers.

Poor programming.
